Refund policy

At Rudra Ayurvedic, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality Ayurvedic products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sharing your Order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video (if available).

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with broken seals.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Orders returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Change of mind after delivery.

3. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.

  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

  • The wrong or damaged product cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verification.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer support with:

  • Order ID

  • Customer Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Unboxing video 

Our support team will verify your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
